Philadelphia Magic Gardens
Tom and I took the afternoon to explore the Philadelphia Magic Gardens this past Friday.
Being a week day, we didn’t have to share the beauty with many people. Wandering around the sculptures was awe-inspiring. The amount of time and work that this mosaic garden must have taken is astonishing. Around every corner is something new to see, delicate pieces placed just so on every available space.
Just as we were about to leave, we were able to meet the artist Isaiah Zagar and his dog (who, along with Isaiah’s wife and family, is featured in much of the artwork).
